DEBITED MY ACCOUNT FOR WHAT???
On the 14-12-2015 I made a payment of R4005.00 which was the closing balance for the account. Proof of payment was sent. Today you go and debit my account for R1522.00 for what? This account should have been closed by now and a paid up letter already sent to me but nothing of that was done yet you feel you can do as you please and debit my account which is already paid up in full. REFUND MY MONEY.
