CREDIT BUREAU UPDATE!!!!!!!!!

I have made full payment for a settlement received by Norman Bissett and Associates in February for an account with Reference Number: 4AL014465C.

I have sent through the paid up letter , Norman Bissett and Associates still have not updated my credit profile with the various credit bureaus to this effect. My credit profile still shows old information and this is negatively affecting my credit profile. HOW DOES IT TAKE 2MONTHS FOR THE PAYEMENT TO BE UPDATED BY THE CREDIT BUREAU? , I THINK YOUR STAFF IS JUST TO LAZY TO DO THEIR JOB ONCE THE MONEY IS COLLECTED YOU DONT CARE ABOUT THE CLIENT WHOM HAS PAID ANYMORE!! Please send updated information to the various credit bureaus URGENTLY!!!!! and also send me confirmation that this has been done please!!
