Continued harassment

I have now been informed twice that the company has ceased all activity on my account, which isn't even me.<br> Yet the harassment continues.<br> Norman Bissett please do as you say you have done and leave me alone, the account number that you are after was never a number I used or owned so how on earth do you still harass me?<br>
