Constantly harassed but not willing to help me.

No one is willing to help from this company. I have been harassed just about every day with phone call on my personal number as well as my work number. I have requested information from many people who have not sent it to me at all. I have had the phone put down on me many many times with just trying to ask questions! It is extremely rude. I have not shouted or raised my voice yet when I ask something I get the phone put down on me. I need information and no one is willing to help. Obviously no notes get made on the system or they simply do not read the notes from previous correspondence.
