Constant harassment / *********

I made a payment arrangement with above company more than a year ago. I pay each month, on time, I email them my proof of payment. Yet I am constantly called/sms'd by their agents for no reason whatsoever. They will either ask me to make an arrangement, claiming there is none. Tell me I have missed a payment and ask for the full amount to be due (they lie in other words). This is all to increase the fees on the account. They have started to call my place of residence and started harassing me there to the result that I have been asked to leave. I begged them and pleated with them not to call but they persisted. They have my cell number and my email but they still call the other number. <br> <br> I lost my income, I made arrangements to pay, I know I am responsible for my debt. But why do I still get punished for doing the right thing. If I had all the money to clear the accounts I would do it. They called me on the day of my dad's funeral and hounded me, all they care about is making a few extra rands, regardless of how it effects you personally. I have contacted an Attorney to help me. My advice to anyone who has the same problem, don't let them get to you. Seek legal help/advice.
