Constant Harassment and Threats: Non Existing Debt

For the past 3 years Norman Bissett and Associates has been hounding me, via SMS and telephone calls, for debt that does not exist. <br> <br> On each occasion, I informed the NBA agent that that the debt does not exist -. I have asked for proof that the debt exist - to no avail. Only to be phoned again two weeks later and to receive weekly SMS's threatening me or offering me 50% discount on debt that does not exist. NBA does not offer an avenue where members of the public can complain. I'm extradited to their bully tactics.<br> <br> I've lodged complaints at the NCR and Debt-collectors council. I'm awaiting feedback from these organisations. <br> <br> <br>
