Communication and assistants
This is one unprofessional company to deal with. You speak to a consultant who has no clue of what the previous discussion was, there is no notes in their system. The consultant just drops the call you when you asking questions and they cannot answer. What a load of *********** people and company this is. How in the world do big companies like FNB and others deal with a company like this?
