Commission, Interest and Phone calls cost

It is ridiculous to charge R19.38 per call, add interest between R80-R100 per month and take commission of R500. So it means, they can phone you whenever they want and you have to pay for their phone calls. You pay R50-R300 per month on you outstanding account which means you will be 80 years old by the time you paid off the account. This is mean!!!
