Collection Agents posing as attorneys

I would love to know when last your firm handled an actual legal matter, when most of your business is collections. Can you honestly be listed as a practicing law firm??? Why not try and get some real litigation or corporate matters instead of chasing collection money that you know very well can not nor ever will be collected. My case specifically - a Nashua account - you keep texting me with ridiculous threats. (in the first instance) This account belonged to my late father, and (in the second instance) this matter has PRESCRIBED. YEARS AGO. <br> <br> People, if any of these collection agents/agencies were serious about the threats they level against, they would be issuing summons' left, right and centre, and you are entirely within your rights to request further particulars. The majority of collections is made through fear and ************, and 40% of the time the cases have no basis in fact/or are no longer relevant. Yes - I know the legal jargon - I work for a big firm of attorneys. So try threatening and harassing ******** people. I am not the person you want to be irritating.<br> <br> I have today logged a complaint with the ombudsman as well the Law Society (yes, you know which one)
