Chasing the wrong guy

I've been getting calls about Nashua mobile that i no nothing about. When they shared more information it was my old neighbor's business. I gave then 3 contacts of that family to contact and they still harass me, 2 years later. They want affidavit, why not just call the right ppl. I feel like am a victim of someone's account. They call from as early as 6h30, almist every day now, with different numbers. Am tired. How do i stop them. Help
