Cell C contract

I was contacted by Nimble group and they are insisting that I owe money on my Cell C contract. I contacted Cell C and was provided with the above reference number. My account was checked by using my ID number. I was assured that I do not owe moneys on my contract. Cell C never sent me any bills for the “so called debt “. When asked to check under my Id number I was told that I only had 2 contracts in place. As on todays date they are now canceled and paid up. In 2019 I left South Africa and I am now staying in China. I am getting harassed by this company for payment on my so called outstanding account.

My questions to you now is- Where did they get hold of my details? When I contacted Cell C I was assured that I do not have outstanding accounts. Before I left for China I contacted Cell C to get clarity on my accounts. Cell C never send me any bills for the so called debt I owe to this company- Nimble Group. I contacted Cell C numerous times from China . Please feel free to listen to my voice recordings made to Cell C from 2019.

Please escalate my query to the relevant department as I am now sick of getting harassed on a daily basis by this company!

I have been a loyal customer of Cell C and you can check my payments that have been made monthly. I always pay extra on my account.
