Catch a Wake Up Please

I am sick and tired of receiving emails from this company telling me that I owe Nashua Mobile Money for an unpaid account (they claim) - account paid in full in 2010. <br> No details on the mail, just a bank account where one needs to deposit \some money"- who knows how much - that remains a mystery.<br> <br> I requested statements and proof of such at least 4 times and received NOTHING to date<br> I called and spoke to some person in the call centre who stated that the matter will be escalated and resolved<br> WRT Nashua Mobile - I gave notice in July 2010 to terminate contract and the last statement received stated 0.00 Balance.<br> <br> Also your call centre agents are extremely rude and do not have access to ANY INFORMATION<br> I'm sure this is a **** !<br> Catch a wake up NBA - you must be so proud !!<br> <br> Next I know"
