BILLING QUERY

I had an account with Standard Bank which went into arrears in 2008. Since that time I have been paying and in 2011 Standard Bank wrote off the debt which has now come to my attention. I am still paying monthly on this matter. Surely if a Debt is written off you do not need to pay it. I have never received any breakdown of how Norman Bisset got the debt since the clearly cannot be acting for the Bank since the bank wrote the debt off. Nor have I ever had any confirmation of payments received. I need to get the National Credit Regulator involved to see where my money has been going all these years.
