Billed Even after account is paid up

My Account has been Paid in full in April 2017 and yet I get Debit orders to this Day

I have phoned on several occasions to get this sorted out, but I get no response what so ever, either that or the phone just cuts off halfway through the conversation, I get promised an email regarding the matter and a way to settle the matter yet nothing gets done or received...

Sick and Tired of this, All i want is my Money back that has been paid for no good reason...
