BEYOND HARASSMENT

<p>Norman Bissett and Associates have sent me countless emails, made countless phone calls, to follow up on debt that was settled over 3 years ago. They do not acknowledge emails, nor do they provide feedback, even when "paid up" letters are supp****. A manager has even gone as far as to admit that they have had problems with Woolworths accounts that were in fact paid up. This was admitted to my husband, whom they contacted directly ~ we married after the debt had been settled, so it had nothing to do with him, EVER !! Norman Bissett and Associates are relentless and terribly unprofessional. They go quiet for a month or two, even sometimes longer, and just when you think that everything is sorted, they start ALL OVER AGAIN.........</p>
