Barking up the wrong tree - threats will land YOU in court!

I don't know who you are but STOP threatening me via sms! The ONLY active account I have had with Standard Bank in the past three plus years was our home loan but that was closed ages ago when the house was sold! MDB was harassing me about the same issues and I told them to provide solid proof or to get lost - I never heard from them again but now you are sending me threatening messages? Go fly a kite for all I care! There is only ONE account legally in my name and it is Telkom - I don't have any loans, no credit cards, no store cards - NOTHING! If you insistence persists, I will have no choice but to lay a charge of harassment against you (like I have done with other debt collectors before) and to take YOU to court for *****!
