Bad service

I have been calling ,email this company to furnish me with a prescription letter as they collect on prescribed accpunts;they have been promising to send it to my email address till today.I have been waiting far too long .Im frustrated about this.Their service is very poor.Their agent like to use this line:'I have escalated your query'.And when I told the last agent i spoke that Iam going to hello petter she said the letter was sent to me in 2023 whereas they only sent me the letter for other prescribed account. Bad bad service.
