<p>45% discount was offered after arrangement was made to settle. I emailed one of the team leaders to make use of the offer and still have not received any responce. I called the call centre spoke to one of the agents only then was I notified that the sms I received was done in error. </p> <p>Form a clients view that is just an excuse. Why offer a further discount if its not valid.</p> <p>I want this matter rectified and I know it can be. </p> <p>Up until this day your team leader have not responded to my email. Its very unprofessional ,unacceptable and just by sending a sms from your company binds you the that offer.</p> <p>Im so dissopointed specially in the service received.</p>
