Bad customer service
Poor customer service !!
Since last week I’ve been trying to reach out to them via email ,WhatsApp chat and calls but no luck of getting through to any agent. Can someone who knows what they doing kindly forward me a settlement letter for the Faster account ***, you guys have a very bad customer service but too quick to add yourself on the credit bureaus ,send me a settlement letter for the faster account so that I can settle this account and remove yourself from my credit profile.
I’ve never experience such horrible customer service.
