bad attitude and bad service

Thabo Bibli if thats his surname contacted my mother about a Income tax that was handed over to NBA.its sad cause my mother a 71 yr old pensioner was treated in a bad manner by this person..firstly last year i called the same Thabo at NBA and told him that i went with my mother to SARS to enquire about this R7000 that my mother was told she owed..My mother was a professional nurse..the same SARS deducted R750 from her pension money directly..when we asked SARS it was their fault and they will stop taking money from my mothers pension money..we called GEPF and were told that SARS is no longer going to take any money from my mothers money..We still went to SARS in Dube and were still told my mother does mot owe SARS anything.we were provided with letters to prove that all was in order..we even sent an email to ********** on the 08 May 2018 with proof from SARS that all was in order..we sent the same letter to my mothers previous employer at the GEPF who responded to my email that it was received and all is order..buy guess what the *********** Thabo whom i sent an email to didn't respond to my email evenn today..i called him again to check if he received my email and he confirmed he did and he will look into it..Today he calls my mother to tell her she does not understand him..rude ss he was..he did not do his job properly and just demands payments..I am realy dissapointed with the lack of service at Norman B and Ass..if this is not sorted out i will escalate this to th3 CEO .we still went o SARS in Randburg we still did not have any issues or any outstanding tax that my mother needs to pay...bad attitude bad service its disgusting
