Bad attittude

I have been receiving several calls from ***, and I find out that its Norman Bisset, i manage to answer one of the call and unfortunately the lady who called me is very rude, i tried to tell her that she must wait i will call back because as far as i know the account she is calling me about i am paying it with other debt collectors, and she didnt want to listen and she was talking to me like she is talking with a baby. She dont even have respect and she dont give customer chance to explain them selves. Now I tried to call her back then she answer as soon as I ask her name she dropped the call. I called five times she keep on dropping calls. And this is the only number that i can call on since is the number that has been calling me. I suggest that since i wont have any communication with this company due to this rude consultant, they must take my account back where it comes from because now she is keeping on dropping calls on my ears and she seem to be the one with my information. I have no other number to call and I can not talk further with such a heartless consultant.
