Automated debt collection where there is no debt.
Norman Bissett & Associates keep sending me automated emails to pay ADT an amount that I do not owe.
In fact, ADT owe me a months subscription: ADT failed to process my cancellation in time which meant the last debit order actually went through incorrectly.
I rep**** to the emails from Norman Bissett & Associates with supporting documentation but no one bothered to read it. Have not received any reply and the automated emails keep coming.
