Attempting to collect on a prescribed debt.

Despite advising NBA that I have no knowledge of the debt which in any event had it existed has prescribed.<br> Despite advising them of this they are sending mail. I also suspect that they have listed me with Experian and other Credit Agencies. I need them to a) remove any ******* listing they had made against me with Credit Agencies and b) to stop communicating with me. They must also confirm that they have removed any adverse report listed against my name by them.<br>
