Asking for personal information telephonically!!!
I had a call from this company earlier today, where the person asked me to confirm the main member of our medical aid's date of birth. The public gets warned not to give out personal details over the phone. I refused to give out my personal information, he got upset and hung up??????? Is this normal practice??????
