Arrangement Letter

An arrangement was made by me to pay you monthly installments. I yesterday paid the amount of 3 installments into your account after I had to call 6 times and wait a day and half for the banking details. I need a arrangement letter and this I was supposed to receive today already at 9am according to Elija. I have not received anything yet and he is avoiding my calls, the same for Allestine who I made the arrangement with. I want a response asap and not your automated system response. I will take this matter up with the relevant authorities if this is not sorted out by COB today
