Annoyed

Recently found out that my account was bought by NBA, I keep asking for my statement as i need to know what i owe exactly and what i need to pay for, but no response and the consultants keep saying we will share it with you and when i get the statement i cannot even open it, it does not open - Now i am being served with a letter of demand and still they do not want me to see my statement. I believe this company is running a ****!!!! Afterward they will send me a ****** automated response😒😒😒
