All paid up a month ago yet still harrasing calls.

<p> After 81 payments on my STD bank student loan 1 more payment was due. NB&A yet called me to say I owed more. Explaining I had paid and sending through POP it became evident that no matter where I was I would seem popular with my phone on average ringing 4 times a day with a call from them. Everything (including additional NB&A fees) has been paid and still they wont stop. No one even wants to go have a look at the POPs sent to the 3 different email addresses sent stating I have paid. I know more about this account than what they seem to think I know yet they racking up their own bill now. </p>
