AGENTS ARE NOT DOING THEIR JOB
Agents have been calling me for 4-5 days reminding me that I should pay after I advised in the first call that I am paying end of the month. The agents do NOT MAKE NOTES on the accounts.
The agent who assisted me TODAY advised she will send through a proof of the account being up to date, but low and behold the agent did not send that through. The agents do not know what they are doing.
