AGENT TELLS ME HE WILL KEEP ON CALLING AND CHARGE!
I DO NOT WANT YOU PEOPLE TO CALL ME EVER AGAIN! MY ACCOUNT IS 10 YEARS OLD! FOLLOW THE LAW AND STOP ROBBING PEOPLE!! AND THEN YOUR UNTRAINED STAFF HAS THE AUDACITY TO TELL ME THAT THEY WILL KEEP ON CALLING ME AND CHARGE ME!! YOU BETTER SORT THIS OUT!! I DON'T CARE WHO HANDED WHAT OVER TO WHO! IT HAS BEEN 10 YEARS DO YOU GET THAT??? TRAIN YOUR STAFF AND GET UP TO DATE WITH THE LAW!!
