Account will be closed for good thanks to you

So funny thing happened to me, I recently found out that my account hasn't been paid up, for that I completely understand and so your attorney's call me, and I say no problem will pay it up by end of this month and tell them the amounts and all is good....SO ONE WOULD THINK. Turns out the company Norman Bissett & Associates is one of the WORST companies to ever have to deal with, I made two payments last week of more than I said I would and get 8 messages and 3 phone calls in the space of 4 days saying I missed my payments etc. Which is strange cause I sent proof of payment. Then this quality woman named Barbra calls, who obviously lacks the people skills required for her job, as I imaged one who is expected to call clients everyday and bother them at work would at least be a tiny bit polite, I feel sorry for her department as if thats how she treats people eish... You have bigger problems than my 300 outstanding on my account.
