Account settled yet still harrassing me
I'm honestly not sure what the hell is going on in this company.
I've settled the account yet im still receiving emails about an "outstanding amount" on my account,yet you have sent me a settlement letter after i requested it, so whats up with that???? Is that some kind of a joke to you? Someone is clearly not doing their job here, I HAVE SETTLED THE ACCOUNT SO STOP SENDING ME EMAILS,DONT EVER CONTACT ME AGAIN ABOUT AN "outstanding balance" AND UPDATE MY ITC PROFILE
