Account paid off already, and paid up letter received but listed by NBA

Been trying to get assistance with an account which has been paid off with ssda, but still being listed on the bureau by NBA showing 9 months in arrears and agents being so rude and not assisting my case in anyway. Always promising to call back with feedback, but they never even bother escalating your issue. I have emailed paid up letter, account statements , settlement letters proving of all agreed payments made and I should not even be on NBA database nor listed. Even after NBA received an instruction to remove me from your database and clear my name, you have continued having my profile and my paid off account listed. Customer experience is the ****tiest service i have ever been through. This people don't care about peoples lives. Unfairly listed but still treat people like ****.
