Account never paid up

I settled my Edgars account early this month May 2015, I paid the whole amount in arrears at Boardmans.<br> <br> I decided to pop into Edgars to check if my account is in deed paid up and closed. Edgars confirmed my account was paid up but mentioned that there was a new balance added by NBA of R154, the Edgars sales lady phoned NBA.<br> <br> We spoke to a consultant who acknowledged there has been a mistake on their side. She asured me they will cancel the balance and send me a paid up letter after 4 weeks.<br> <br> However this morning I received the following message:<br> MR MKHWA****. This is a friendly reminder that R300.00 will be deducted from your bank account for your EDGARS acc. NBA ***<br> <br> By the looks of things it seems l will forever be indebted to NBA :( I don't know what to do anymore. They say one thing and do another. I just need my account cancelled.
