Absolutely pathetic - no resolution of erroneous account
Reading the other reviews makes so much sense. This company is grossly ***********, along with their client. I have been receiving a demand for the payment of an ADT account which does not belong to me and after 5 e-mails and a telephone call to attempt a resolve, they just keep sending me the demand. For the lack of a better word, they are simply useless.
