Absolute stupidity and no manners

I received a call this morning just after 07h30 from Norman Bissett, and missed the call, so i called back. Gave my id number as requested, and the lady said we will call back. I called them again at 08h42, same story, gave my id number aggain, and the lady said we will call you back, no goodbye nothing, just dropped the call. What a lot of dim witede people working at Norman Bissett. Mr Bissett, how must you feel, that you have such a lot of dim witted and incompetant employees working for you, and your reputation?? Give your employees training to get manners!!!!!
