Absa made a debit collection on a account that is not myne

I have been asking for a very long time that Absa send me proof of the cheque account with a cheque book, by proof meaning the a copy of the contract signed by me, with copy of id, proof of income and proof of residence. copy of my wises id along with all her documentation to open the account but they never send it to me. but they continue to harass me for the money on a account i did not even open in my life can someone please assist me
