2 months ago still no feedback granted!!!!!

Been 2 months since I am owed response and feeback???!!! Does it take 2 months for you to supply me with answers and give my +/- R1k owed to me back in my account demanded by my bank?????????!!!!!!! I want answers and I want it now!!! I’m not here to expect the account being placed under investigation BS! I want my money!!!! You double debited me confirmed by FNB! And I want answers!!!!!
