Norma is very unprofessional and rude

Norma Wallace is very unprofessional and rude and I don’t think she should be managing our complex. She doesn’t have time to respond to emails or WhatsApp, all she’s good at is ignoring property owners queries. I have been sending her emails and WhatsApp for a week now without any response. She is very rude and unprofessional.
