Bad attitude and incorrect billing

I have raised several queries on my levy account and I have received little no response on my enquiries. Instead I have been handed over to lawyers who harass and threaten me I have on many occasions attempted to resolve matters using various means of communication of which I have record of each instance however to date these issues remain unresolved.
