These clowns are hopeless.

These clowns are hopeless. They have been harassing me to make a payment on my credit card for the last year while I have informed them on numerous occasions that I am unemployed and simply cannot make any payment arrangement. In August 2019 I finally found employment and made a payment of R1000 on the 24th of August. On the 31st of August they proceeded to harass me and threaten me with summons. There is absolutely no communication between Standard Bank and Norlam Attorneys.
