Norlam Ambrianos attorney refused to refund me

<p>My accounts with RCS were handed over to Norlan Ambrianos Attorneys and I paid them up in full. In November 2016, I received an email from RCS saying that I am due for refund and must send my banking details. I sent bank details to RCS and when making a follow up I was told that the money was paid to Norlan attorney and I must request a refund from them. Norlan attorneys are refusing with my R1700 refund due to me.</p>
