ACCEPT PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS AND THEN SUE!!!

I admit I defaulted on my credit card payments and took accountability by making payment arrangements which was accepted in writing on 12 May 2015. I asked for banking details to EFT payment in and for 3 months and 6 demanding emails from me for this info - NOTHING! So I made the payment in July to my diners account and sent you proof of payment and nothing still. Did same as per MY PTP commitment yesterday and emailed and nothing back. get home and the sheriff of the court had dropped off my summons - REALLY!!! I made PTP commitment you failed me by ignoring me and not giving details and then you also apparently sent the Sec 129 in December 2014 to an address I no longer live at since 2013 and then say because I didn't respond to that I am to go to court to defend having a Judgment placed against me - talk about lack of TCF and I shall be taking this further to Ombudsman as well as to the Law Society as unacceptable!! I am not running away - I am constantly following up with the people that contact me and they ignore me and now you want to sue me for that?????? UNACCEPTABLE!!!
