Most pathetic service ever received

If it was possible to give no stars I would. Be warned to never take a vehicle licence to be renewed by these people. The staff are not trained first of all. Second of all I waited 3 weeks and still do not have my new licence. They gave me a number for the owner of the store but I'm sure he doesn't own the store as he is even more clueless and more useless than his staff. Now when wanting my papers back from them so I can have it done by people that actually know what they doing, these people at the store have no idea where my paperwork is for my car which they took in order to renew my car licence. Most useless people I ever met and the so called store owner is worse than his employee's.
