Bad school and people

So, Life is hard these days as everything is going up but salaries are standing still. My grand child is in Norienes, and the school fees are high there, So the 2 parent's are trying there best to cope with everything. So they got behind on the school fees and I have been trying to assist by speaking to people at this pre primary school. I have left messages with the PA of the Principal of Krugersdorp North Primary school I have left messages at Norienes and 4 days later that person phones me back. He told me that the child can only come back to school if the parent pay RIGHT NOW R5000. REALLY!! The parent will be able to pay a certain amount but according to the person I spoke THAT IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH! So they told the parents the child can no longer come to school unless they pay R5000 and the rest over 3 month, I did say this will not be possible as the 2 parents are struggling a bit and I am willing to assist but because I can't give him an amount IT ALSO WAS NOT GOOD ENOUGH. It is 2 weeks and still the child can't go back to school because he is not allowed because they are behind on the school fees. Yes I understand that it must be paid but surly they could assist if they really wanted to, but because the parents are not driving there type of car they are now considered as not good enough. People are struggling and they are trying there best but then you get people like at Norienes that JUST DON'T CARE AT ALL. They are not even trying to assist the parents at all. Now I have also asked the child's teacher if she will please assist by just sending the work they have been doing the last 2 weeks but WOW she can't assist me she can't send me the work, So the child is getting behind because THEY JUST DON'T WANT TO ASSIST IN ANY WAY. NOT EVEN EXCEPTING ANY SORT OF PAYMENT ARRANGEMENT OVER 6 OR 8 MONTHS I can't believe that a school can be so mean and don't care. The parents are trying there best by giving what they can, They have been struggling but this man did not want to even listen to anything I have to offer
