Un-ethical business practices by owner

I receive marketing email from Norcaz Training Academy on a weekly/monthly basis regarding their products. <br> Fact 1 , I never willingly joined their mailing list, fact 2 I click on their unsubscribe button every time, fact 3 I still receive emails, fact 4 I sent the owner Werner Teubes an email warning him to remove me from the database, Fact 5 I still receive his marketing emails, fact 6 I called him personally today and told him that I will be reporting him to which he had a very bad attitude. <br> <br> Werner considering the field in which you operate ie Human Capital you certainly don't appear to grasp Human Capital in the form of customers.<br> <br> I have again clicked on the unsubscribe link, lets see if this post, my phone call and subsequent complaints on social media and regulators will convince you to remove me from your database and perhaps prevent this very un-ethical method of yours in the future.
