Bad service

I send a clutch plate to Norbrake on 14 Feb 2020 via corrier. I asked the guy (Gavin) to send me a quotation. He was was very rude and gave me an attitude. Said he will phone me Monday 17 Feb 2020. He did not phone so i went there. A guy named Sakkie said i can take the clutch plate he said he will let me know. By thursday 20 Feb 2020 i phoned him. He said that they must buildt a new one. I asked him if the courier can pick up the pressure plate he said yes. The courier arrived and they said they cant collect because the pressure plate isnt there. They send it away for dont know what reason.i feel they need to pay the courier cost because yesterday i send the courier as they said the courier may collect. So i phoned him(Gavin) today and told him i feel that they need to pay the courier and get my pressure plate back to me. He was again very rude and said its not his problem.
