Norbertos Autos : A way to loose hard earned money

Bought a vehicle from these guys, and a week after i received the car, the car started overheating and i took it in, only to find out from a mechanic that the gasket has blown. The car most probably went through a accident. I told Michael, the manager at norbertos that i wanted to cancel the deal. After endless emails, phone calls and messages (even to the ombutsman, who also did absolutely nothing), and one year later, they settled the car. I could not cancel the debit order so i ended up paying over R24000 for debit orders on a vehicle that i did not even have in my posession.

Now they owe me that money and made promises to pay me back, but its been 4 months already and all i am getting is unanswered calls and messages. I am sick and tired of people walking over others and *****ing from honest people. You are a disgrace and should be ashamed of yourselves.

Please save yourself the trouble and listen to my advice. There are better places to buy a decent vehicle.
