No responsibility taken on selling a vehicle with faulty parts

Bought a vehicle 9 months ago and last month it had a terrible sound while travelling to PE, had it checked out and inner cv's were ruined, had it fixed and sent invoice to Norbet Autos, according to them i had extended service plan with SA Warranties who refused to refund me and seemingly no one wants to be responsible for this issue, Norbet sold me the vehicle with faulty cv joints and SA warranties story is that no claim can be paid without their approval. All of this breakdown happened on weekend and no other places could assist me except for cv exchange in P.E now nobody wants to refund me..........this sucks!!!!!!
