No go Norbert Auto

Okay let me vegin at the start, I wfound the perfect vehicle from Norbert Auto and was looking to finance. Everything went well(Apart from very poor client service) but something didn't feel right about the deal. Nevertheless I continued with the purchase and after a week or so everything was approved. The arrangement was for the vehicle to be delivered in my hometown which was about 200km away. Everything was arranged for delivery and I was waiting. When the vehicle arrived it was beautiful, only problem was, It was not the vehicle I app**** for. My finance, Insurance everything was for a Kia Sorento 2.2d LS. The car they brought me was a Sorento 3.5 V6 petrol. My question is how did the insurance and finance company not pick this up on the vin number. My speculation is that vin numbers dont even match. So long story short is that Norbert Auto is a no go when looking for a vehicle.
