Need my Cruze Back

I traded-in my Chevrolet Cruze for a bmw at Norbert Autos, they never disclosed that the car was in an accident, had a balloon payment and they give me a run around to settle the cruze after they promised to settle it after I have sent them a settlement letter, now I have to pay for two cars which one is not in my possesion, the bmw motor plan has been suspended due to accident now is due for service I have to pay from my own pocket. Mike is not answearing my calls or replying to my sms's. BMW advised that I should take the car back as the maintenance of the car is too expensive.
